YOUTH-LED INCLUSIVE PROGRAMS
A DIFFERENT KIND OF GAME
TIGAS (Together International Games of Arts and Sports) is a youth-led inclusive initiative that turns sports, creativity, teamwork, technology, and community participation into a real-world game where different strengths matter.
The purpose is not simply to compete. TIGAS creates an environment where young people with different abilities, interests, and backgrounds can contribute in meaningful ways.
NOT EVERYONE SHINES IN THE SAME ARENA
Traditional competitions often reward a narrow set of strengths. TIGAS starts from a different idea: a great team needs many kinds of talent.
Some young people lead. Some design. Some communicate. Some create. Some organize. Some compete. TIGAS brings those strengths together through shared challenges where participation is not about everyone doing the same thing. It is about everyone having a meaningful role.
TIGAS is designed so different strengths matter and participation can take different forms.

Young people don't just attend TIGAS. They help build it.
Through real roles such as Host, Captain, Game Designer, Creator, and Producer, youth can help design challenges, lead teams, tell stories, organize experiences, and bring events to life.

TIGAS IS AN INITIATIVE OF OAC
TIGAS is an initiative of Online Arts Charity (OAC), a U.S. 501(c)(3) youth-led, family co-governed nonprofit organization.
OAC creates youth-led inclusive programs that give young people of different backgrounds and abilities opportunities to grow together through real responsibility, leadership, creativity, and community engagement.
TIGAS brings that mission into a game-based environment. Through inclusive challenges and youth-led roles, participants can experience OAC's philosophy in action: young people are not simply invited to participate. They are given opportunities to create, organize, lead, and contribute.
LOCAL GAMES. GLOBAL CONNECTION.
TIGAS is designed to begin in communities and grow through a shared model. Local teams can create challenges that reflect their own communities while participating in a larger international network built around inclusion, youth leadership, arts, sports, and collaboration.
The goal is not to make every TIGAS experience identical. The goal is to create a common framework that different communities can make their own.
